What people ask before starting

Who can use BiGuard?

Residents, the board, administration and gatehouse staff. Each profile sees only what it needs.

How are fees collected?

The board publishes the fees and each resident pays from the app by card or bank transfer; the digital receipt stays in their history and administration sees who is up to date.

What if a visitor arrives without a code?

The gatehouse sends the request to the resident from the app and receives the authorization instantly, with a record of who approved it.

Does it work on iOS and Android?

Yes. It is available in both stores and the gatehouse can use a tablet or a computer.

How are the homes in a plan counted?

By active housing units in the app (houses or apartments). If you move up a plan, the change applies from the following month.
